Joviana Guterres

Joviana Guterres is a human rights activist and a Program Manager at AJAR in Timor-Leste. Her activism works started when she co-founded an LGBTIQ network called Fundasaun CODIVA. She is a proud mother of a two years old son and is also a singer/songwriter. Most of her songs reflect her work with issues of transitional justice and the rights of survivors of past conflicts, as is the case with her songs “Feto Eroi/Women Heroes” and “Labarik Lakon/Stolen Children”.
